My mom sent me this picture yesterday. I was in 7th grade and it was probably a school day. Not so fun fact: I started refusing to go to school in 4th grade. It was a daily battle until my mom started bribing me with Starbucks.
This Week Was ROUGH!
I don’t know about you, but this past week was rough. Coming off the high of an incredible birthday week and vacation, I slid into a deep spiral of overwhelm, fear, sadness, anger and confusion. Old trauma patterns arose. Isolation increased. Communication ceased.
