But in college, after another crazy, drunken outburst I don’t remember, it was clear I needed help.
I didn’t know what was wrong with me. I just thought I was crazy.
But I didn’t want to just talk about my problems and my childhood trauma.
I wanted to make real, lasting change in my mind, body and soul.
I wanted a Wholistic Approach™️.
15 years later, I have spent my entire adult life healing from my childhood trauma and helping others heal from theirs.
Some of my favorite tools include, yoga, meditation, EFT tapping, breath work, Inner Child and Inner Critic work, gut health nutrition, walking, astrology, journaling, singing and dancing.
