Relationship Therapy
Healthy relationships start with you
Relationships are supposed to bring connection, safety, and joy — but sometimes, they feel like the very thing that leaves you anxious, drained, or questioning your own worth.
You might notice patterns like:
Overthinking every interaction and replaying conversations in your head
Struggling to express your needs without feeling “too much” or guilty
Feeling stuck in people-pleasing or avoiding conflict to keep the peace
Losing yourself in relationships by letting go of friends, hobbies and interests
Attracting the same unhealthy dynamics, even when you know you deserve better
Fearing abandonment, rejection, or being “too much to handle”
You might be wondering, “Why do I keep ending up here?” or “Is it me?”
The truth is — your relationship struggles make absolute perfect sense because they're often rooted in old wounds, protective patterns, and beliefs you've carried for a long time.
Here’s the thing: By being aware of your patterns, you’re already on your way to healing them.
Relationship therapy for individuals isn’t about blaming you or pointing fingers.
It’s about understanding your patterns, healing old hurts, and building healthier ways of connecting — with others and with yourself.
Because when you feel secure and grounded in who you are, your relationships naturally shift too.
With Relationship Therapy, you show up differently. Benefits include:
Healthier relationship patterns
Stronger boundaries with less guilt
Better communication skills
Increased self-awareness and emotional clarity
Reduced people-pleasing and codependency
More confidence in expressing needs and wants
Healing from past relationship wounds
Less anxiety and overthinking in relationships
Greater self-compassion and self-worth
Feeling more secure and connected in relationships
Improved ability to navigate conflict
Stronger sense of identity and personal values
Attracting and maintaining healthier relationships
Are you ready for Relationship Therapy?
Struggles in relationships can leave you feeling anxious, drained, disconnected, and unsure of yourself. Whether it’s conflict, people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, or repeating the same painful patterns — it’s exhausting to keep navigating it all on your own.
It’s easy to wonder, “Why does this keep happening?” or “What’s wrong with me?”
But the truth is: there’s nothing wrong with you. Your patterns make perfect sense — and they can be healed.
With the right support, relationships can start to feel safer, more connected, and less overwhelming.
You don’t have to keep doing this by yourself.
If you’re ready for more clarity, confidence, and peace in your relationships (and within yourself), I’m here to help.

My approach to individual Relationship Therapy
In our work together, we’ll gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that keep showing up in your relationships. Not to blame or shame, but to understand. Because once you see why you react the way you do, you can start to respond differently — with more clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself.
Here’s what you can expect from my approach:
A safe, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome
Support in identifying relationship patterns and where they come from
Tools to help you regulate emotions and reduce anxiety in relationships
Guidance in setting healthy boundaries and expressing your needs
Focus on healing attachment wounds and building self-worth
Practical strategies for navigating conflict and communication
A pace that feels right for you — no pressure, no rushing
My goal is to help you feel more grounded and empowered, so you can create healthier, more fulfilling connections — starting with the relationship you have with yourself.

Yes. If you are eligible to use out-of-network benefits from your insurance, then you would pay for each session and then each month, I provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Typically they will reimburse you for 60-80% of the cost of each session.
Please check with your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits by calling the member services number on the back of your health insurance card.

No. Therapy looks different for everyone. With that said, I do recommend that new clients attend 1 session per week for at least 1 month so we can build a relationship and to get a good start to working toward your goals.
After this, we can explore what would make sense for you depending on what you’re dealing with and what your financial situation is too.
