The Rainbow
Rainbows remind me that even though there is dark, there’s also so much beauty.
I had 4 migraines last week and it’s felt like a lot of darkness. 🥵
I’ve felt frustrated with myself and my body. I’ve questioned so much and gone round and round trying to figure out what it was this time. 🤬
Even though I’ve had migraines since the 5th grade, I’ve found things that have helped me reduce them like cutting caffeine (7 years strong 💪), practicing breath work through Kundalini yoga, chiropractic work, and making sure I get enough sleep and nutrients.
I had them reduced to one every 6 months or so and now THIS!
But the rainbow has been the support I’ve received from my new chiropractor and my mom giving me @hylandsnaturals migraine relief! That stuff really works!
But my new doc has been making my chiropractic sessions so much fun, giving me top quality, attentive care, while working with my crazy schedule. I couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Gootzeit at Healthy Families Chiropractic.
The rainbow is the reminder to increase my self care, to do my exercises, to get back into Kundalini. 🧘🏻♀️
This darkness is reminding me to keep up with what I know works for me. And to not let myself get complacent just because things “feel” good on the surface. I know I love this work, so it’s a blessing to be reminded to do more.
And that’s my rainbow. 🌈
