For the Love of Community

One year ago, I wrote to this community for the first time.

And if you've been here since the beginning, you know how much has happened this year! You've really witnessed A LOT.

Every two weeks I have connected with you all, sharing parts of my journey, my emotions, my thoughts, low points, and excitements.

But I feel most proud when I hear how it's impacted YOUR life. πŸ₯Ή

Every time I hear how a tool I suggest helped in a certain situation, or that my email was exactly what you needed to hear that day, or that you forwarded an email to a friend in need- it fuels me to keep writing

With each email, text message or in person response I receive, my Inner Child feels giddy and in awe that I get to spend my life doing this work. πŸ™

See, I am passionate about helping others on their healing journey, any way I can.

Whether it's online workshops, video courses, exclusive community-only offerings, one-on-one clients, facilitating group work, or these emails

I LOVE THIS STUFF!

In a world where loneliness is one of the biggest contributors to poor mental and physical health, community is like a healing salve.

So, that makes me wonder, who else can we bring into this community? Who do you know that would enjoy receiving Mental Health Mail?  πŸ’Œ

Do you have friends, family, clients, FB groups, or other email lists that could benefit from these mental health musings

If so, I would love your SUPPORT in spreading the word!

These free, non-spammy emails are meant to be a resource and shared as a reminder that healing is possible, and it's done better in community

So if you can think of just ONE person, then please, share the link below and let's continue to destigmatize mental health and encourage healing, together. 🀝
