Why Astrology?
Back in 2014 (which I can’t believe was 10 years ago!) I enrolled in my first Introduction to Astrology course. If that sentence makes you roll your eyes and want to stop reading, I get it. Lots of people don’t believe in astrology, and that’s okay! I’m just not one of those people.

I’m Brinn, a childhood abuse survivor turned licensed therapist, wholistic coach, speaker and soon-to-be published author. With a wide background in mental health, physical well-being, and holistic wisdom, I think it’s important to take a whole-you approach to healing.
That’s why I combine Parts Work (think: Inner Critic, Inner Child, and Adult-Self), nervous system regulation, lifestyle shifts like nutrition, meditation and mindfulness as well as spiritual connection– whatever that means to you.
My goal is to walk beside you as we navigate this transformational journey of supporting the most important person in your life– you!
